Responsibilities Implement and monitor procedures to ensure the highest level of care 24/7 Lead and maintain ongoing, data-driven programs related to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Supervise hiring, training, and evaluation of all employees across departments Prepare and submit reports to the Executive Management Team Monitor accounts receivables to ensure revenue flow Job Requirements Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in Oklahoma Experience in facility management Leadership and teamwork skills Effective communication skills Ability to meet deadlines
