Overview and Responsibilities
Summary
We are seeking an Acquisition Integration Director (REMOTE) to join our team. The individual filling this role is responsible for integrating newly acquired businesses, ensuring they have the tools, resources and knowledge necessary to be an efficient and profitable Rotech location. This will include traveling to the location to perform talent assessments and needs analyses, as well as documenting current processes and ascertaining areas of risk. Armed with this information, the employee will work with the Field Leadership Team to develop an acquisition integration plan to include timelines, key players and other resources needed to execute the plan. The individual must be able to adapt and adjust to changes and/or new information provided during the execution phase. In addition, the individual will oversee the Field Operations Team, which is primarily responsible for transitioning patients from asset purchases and contract transitions.
This position pays between $85k/yr. – $95k/yr. depending on related experience and state hired in.
Essential Functions
Partner with key stakeholders, process and business owners and conduct in-depth interviews and analyses to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Create project plan & roadmap to achieve successful integration of acquired companies
Mobilize resources necessary to execute integration plan
Develop change management strategies needed to address key differences in culture or processes
Travel as necessary to perform on site assessments and oversee plan execution
Work closely with Project Managers responsible for overseeing asset purchases and contract transitions to ensure that the Field Operations Team is prioritizing work appropriately and attaining high transition rates.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Manages all direct reports within team by: reviewing reports, inquiring about issues, delegating assignments, ensuring completion of work in a timely fashion and communicating changes in company initiatives or other requirements.
Qualifications
Background investigation (company-wide)
Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare, business or other related field is desired
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Oxygen, Vents & other DME
Preferred education and experience
Working knowledge of Rotech policies, processes & systems preferred
Experience in Rotech field operations, leadership experience preferred
Experience in customer service

Travel extensively via airplane and/or vehicle up to 50%, often last minute
