Base pay range: $126,500.00/yr - $254,700.00/yr
Responsibilities Analyze financial information to forecast business expectations and develop financial analytics solutions for strategic planning; develop investment values; deal analysis associated with mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures
Interpret data and propose strategies based on future risk trends, market and industry influences; evaluate current and historical financial data
Study economic and business trends
Stay current with business and economic issues relevant to the client’s business
Utilize technology and tools to provide innovative high-value services
Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge
Train, oversee and support staff members
Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications 8+ years of related experience in a high-growth, fast-paced setting with extensive experience in valuations, building detailed operating and cash flow models, assessing industry and competitive landscapes, due diligence, and executing M&A transactions and private/public financings
5+ years of experience developing and explaining fully integrated 3-statement financial models in Microsoft Excel
Advanced proficiency in modeling Equity, Debt, and hybrid instruments for transactions or strategic finance events
Proficiency creating board-level and management-ready presentations in PowerPoint
Experience developing consolidated forecasts at the Business Unit, Business Line, and asset levels using bottoms-up and top-down approaches
Strong fundamental valuation skills with knowledge of income and market approaches
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field, plus five years of relevant work experience; OR a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field, plus five years of relevant work experience
Experience with formal banking, equity research, or valuation practices within investment banking, commercial banking, FP&A, accounting, or consulting; or in-house corporate development or FP&A
Experience building financial analytics models from scratch in MS Excel; familiarity with VBA, MS Access, SQL Server, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire), and Alteryx
Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet client needs
