The Account Manager, OTS consultatively sells Randstad’s staffing solutions to client and prospect companies with the goal of market share growth, which would come through gross profit obtainment, Talent Working growth and perm deals above market and budget targets. This is done by building and managing client relationships for business development purposes which includes maintaining a client and prospect database to support the development of existing business and generate new business. The Account Manager, OTS will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including: What you get to do: Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the designated market or segment. Follow a disciplined sales process to increase the probability of winning and retaining clients. Build top of mind awareness through effective connections and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client. Sell value of Randstad services to support customers in achieving their business goals. Maintain the required number of active and prospect clients needed in your database to meet sales objectives. Meet established daily /weekly productivity goals including weekly connect activities and pre-set visit goals. Manage clients throughout the joint hiring process in the pursuit of closing deals monthly and weekly. Manage the profitability of your business including volume, pricing and management of days sales outstanding (DS0). Work with team members regarding maximization of sales margin per job order or solution depending upon contract terms and details specific to the client. Execute the Randstad operating model as a best practice and contribute to the overall productivity of Operational Talent Solutions Google Reviews/ CSAT Deliver resumes to client sites as needed. Conduct quality check in at client sites as required. Assist in the preparation and delivery of client Quarterly Business Reviews. Maintain data integrity of documentation in client records. Augment recruiting delivery as required.
