Job Details
We are seeking an Account Director to join our Financial Services sales team in Houston, TX . This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to a dynamic and fast-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns, executive briefings, partner relationship building, and value creation.
Use a consultative selling style to research and deliver relevant points of view in every interaction.
Align solutions at the C-Suite level.
Qualify opportunities thoroughly and align Enverus solutions with organizational directives.
Achieve or exceed revenue objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction and integrity.
Sell and prioritize multiple product offerings in a fast-paced environment.
Lead sales pursuits and develop tailored presentations and business cases.
Maintain accurate sales data and prospective client correspondence in relevant databases and systems.
Generate a pipeline to cover 3.5X quota.
Perform additional duties as required.
Candidate Profile
8-10+ years of software sales experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
Experience in account management and upselling.
Experience in the energy sector is desirable, especially with owner relations software and revenue processes.
Proven networking, negotiation, qualification, and closing skills.
Professional presence, politeness, and professionalism with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex information to executives.
Strong time management and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Analytical and interpersonal skills.
Open to coaching and feedback.
Strategic selling training experience (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method) is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
