Overview Account Director, Client Services at Ovative Group. Responsibilities Of An Account Director, Client Services Account Performance and Strategy Develop and lead cross-functional marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client priorities that drive results and grow the business on a one-to-three-year horizon Provide regular and timely updates on the overall health of accounts to key senior internal and external partners Monitor overall performance KPIs, remove barriers, and maintain momentum toward goals
Unparalleled Client Relationship Management Lead, drive, retain and grow the overall relationship and performance of two to four Ovative accounts Effectively manage client relationships, establish trust and credibility, and serve as an expert on their business for digital media, measurement, and the overall business model Own the relationship strategy and build strong relationships with key decision-makers beyond day-to-day contacts
Team Leadership and Employee Development Coach account teams, account managers, and future account directors to solve complex client problems Structure workstreams, allocate resources, provide role clarity, and align subject matter expertise as needed Foster open communication and 360-degree feedback Inspire teams to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term goals and mitigate roadblocks Inform staffing strategy and help recruit, onboard, and develop Ovative team members and leaders
Requirements Strong ability to solve analytical, conceptual, and big-picture problems using sound critical thinking Experience building, leading, and developing diverse teams Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital can drive enterprise growth 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional business strategies with clear communication, structured problem solving, and project management ownership 5+ years of experience managing direct reports Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Hands-on digital marketing strategy and execution experience to drive business impact Digital strategy consulting experience Media planning and buying experience Experience across branding and direct response initiatives Pay Transparency At Ovative, compensation includes Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The director range shown is inclusive of a 30% bonus and reflects typical offers based on experience and impact. Details provided during offer.
