Position Highlights: Flexible 0.8–1.0 FTE structure
0.5–0.7 FTE Faculty/Teaching
0.3–0.5 FTE Clinical (negotiable)
Core faculty rate: $171/hour (up to 0.7 FTE)
Collaborative work with faculty in Sacramento and Davis
Rural, full-scope Family Medicine with high complexity
Opportunity to meaningfully shape curriculum and resident development
OB optional but welcomed
Inpatient experience valued

Comfortable modeling full-scope family medicine
Committed to continuity and serving medically and socially complex populations
Enjoys performing a variety of procedures
Qualifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active clinical practice with ability to supervise and evaluate residents
Experience with ACGME competency-based assessments
Participation in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and program improvement
Qualified and credentialed to provide direct patient care and resident supervision

$320,000+ earning potential in year one
