Clinical Director Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor BCBA's and clinical staff in multiple states, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Best Practices: Stay informed of trends in the industry to make sure we are providing the best possible care.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to state/federal regulations and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Quality Assurance: Ensure RBT's and BCBA's are meeting and exceeding goals, and that session notes are entered accurately.

Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

Team Building: Foster environment of growth and inclusiveness so that all BCBA's and RBT's feel part of a team and grow in their positions.

Rewards Program: Create and manage reward based programs for all BCBA's and RBT's.

Data Analysis: Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decisions.

Operational Support: Assist in recruitment, budgeting, and aligning clinical services with business goals.

Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to BCBA candidates and junior staff. Community Engagement: Represent the organization in community outreach and advocacy efforts.

Clinical Director Schedule: Full-Time:

40 hours/week

Clinical Director Skills and Qualifications: At a minimum current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Experience as a clinical director.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
