Overview Sun River Health provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who see it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Director who will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical program services, supervise administrative and clinical staff, and ensure services meet NYS OMH requirements and agency quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs other duties as required by the Vice President or designee
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
Recruit, supervise, develop, and evaluate staff
Responsible for all statistical and other reports as requested
Responsible for employee time and attendance requests
Conducts performance management activities, including appraisals, documentation, coaching and disciplinary actions for clinical staff
Oversees all client intakes and discharges and assures processing in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
Adhere to all HIV/AIDS and substance abuse confidentiality requirements
Analyze program performance and forecast future demand and resource requirements for continued effective operation
Assure compliance with all policies, regulations and laws governing clients' rights and confidentiality
Attend and participate in continuing education programs and seminars to maintain professional competence
Build, develop, and maintain community relationships and referral arrangements with community agencies and hospitals
Train all staff on meeting regulatory standards per OMH
Screens and selects clinical candidates for program staff positions
Provide clinical supervision and in-service training for clinical staff
Coordinate and oversee clinical program and services
Conduct quality assurance reviews to monitor and audit compliance with indicators and program metrics; implement plans of correction when necessary
Direct, coordinate, and implement training programs for staff (internal and outsourced)
Ensure that billable staff services meet or exceed weekly billing quotas
Ensure that case management services meet or exceed service targets
Maintain overall responsibility for program site security, operations, and safety in collaboration with Environmental Services
Monitor all case management activities for compliance and quality assurance
Oversee the quality management of client PHI in all paper and electronic systems
Participate in intra- and inter-agency community meetings and committees as assigned
Essential Job Qualifications Education Requirement: Master’s Degree (LCSW)
CPR/BLS certification
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $86,977.80 - $106,455.00 annually, based on education and experience. Includes a $15,000.00 Administrative Stipend
