Our Clinical Services Director with Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS), a Kelly Education company, is accountable for:
- Leading clinical programming, contractor staff, and client relationship management across a designated school-based territory.
- Collaborating with internal teams and school clients to proactively manage caseload growth and implement effective student-centered solutions (e.g., RtII, Capable Classroom, Multiplier programs).
- Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting highly qualified therapists and specialists.
- Attending high-profile IEP meetings and audits requiring advanced clinical expertise or executive representation.
- Providing data-driven updates to clients on performance metrics and program outcomes.
- Partnering with school leaders to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with individualized education and therapy goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of pediatric clinical therapy experience required; strongly prefer candidates with behavioral school-based experience and deep understanding of special education environments.
- Active or previous clinical certification as an OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, or LBS is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing therapy teams and clinical operations in a school or pediatric setting.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
- High integrity, professional discretion, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Territory for this role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and includes surrounding school partners throughout the greater metro area. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to work onsite at a client office within the assigned territory up to 3 days per week.
