Midwest Home Weekly: Start at 65 to 70 CPM Earn $70,000 to $75,000 yearly Great balance of miles and hometime every weekend Available in select Midwest locations - speak with a recruiter for more information
Midwest Regional Premium Pay: Start at 68 CPM Earn up to $85,000 yearly $1,564 weekly guaranteed - earn up to $2,000 on top weeks Drivers must live in Central United States and go out 4 weeks at a time, then home for 5 days
