We're looking for a mission-driven individual to lead operations of our indoor pool and develop engaging aquatic programs that serve youth, adults and families. As the Aquatics Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality and success of our aquatics programs at the Pickens YMCA.

As Aquatics Director, some of the things you will do: • Oversee all pool operations, including lifeguard staffing, scheduling, and compliance • Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and staff development • Be a visible leader who inspires confidence in staff, parents, and community partners

What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • One to two years of related experience preferred • Certifications needed? CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding (American Red Cross) • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
