Wound Care: Clinical Nurse Manager & Program Director

We are hiring for a Clinical Program Director in our Wound Care Department in Dayton, WA!
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program. This position includes day-to-day management of the Wound Care Center working with the Wound Care Director. Your position will include acting as the Clinical Nurse Manager, financial management, quality/performance improvement and community education and marketing of the Wound Care Center. You will also function as a back-up performing hyperbaric related duties, as needed, upon completion of the Healogics Hyperbaric training. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.
To be successful in this role, you will hold an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license; Multi-state licenses active in another state are also acceptable. Prior Wound Care experience is also required.
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time, 40 hours/week Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (10 hours per day) Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
