About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all human resources operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, career development, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strong track record in building and scaling high-impact people functions within dynamic, growth-focused organizations. The VP will also be a key player in maintaining compliant, scalable, and people-centered HR policies and practices that support a high-performing, inclusive culture. Key responsibilities include evolving talent acquisition and retention practices, leading employment branding, and designing and implementing performance management and career development frameworks.
Candidates for the Vice President, People & Culture position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, particularly in strategic talent management and team development, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in leadership development, coaching, and experience with HRIS systems. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are highly valued. The role demands a professional with exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in change management and organizational development.
