What You'll Do

Join a high-performing team deploying capital in one of the fastest-growing real estate sectors. As a Vice President or Director on our data center team, you'll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of U.S. and global data center investments-helping shape a scalable, future-forward platform at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, and technology.

In this role, you'll drive value creation, risk management, and performance optimization across a diversified data center portfolio. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute investment and asset strategies aligned with firmwide goals.

Job Level

We're open to talent at either the Vice President or Director level, depending on depth of experience. The qualifications listed above reflect the minimum requirements for the Vice President level, which is the more junior of the two.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$123000 - $185000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Location

We're open to candidates based in any of the following office locations: Des Moines (Global Headquarters), Chicago, or New York. Hybrid and in-office work arrangements are available at each location. We're also open to remote work, depending on the role and candidate location. Final work arrangements will be determined in partnership with your leader, based on team collaboration needs, responsibilities, and geography.
