About This Role: Alpine Animal Hospital is looking for a Medical Director to join our team! Alpine Animal Hospital is a general practice located in Mountain View, CA. What Success Looks Like: Clinical Excellence: You'll establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care by implementing best practices, guiding medical protocols, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment. Team Leadership: You'll inspire and develop our veterinary team through mentorship, training, and fostering a positive hospital culture where professionals feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel. Strategic Partnership: You'll collaborate with the Hospital Manager and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and make strategic decisions that enhance both patient care and hospital performance. Quality Assurance: You'll monitor clinical outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements to continuously elevate the level of medicine practiced at our hospital. Client Advocacy: You'll ensure exceptional client experiences by guiding communication standards, addressing complex cases or concerns, and fostering trust between our practice and the community we serve.
