Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service Generate business results by acquiring new assets from existing clients and new prospects Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise as needed Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Ensure proposed solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term objectives through holistic, goal-based planning Strictly adhere to all risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Six or more years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services Bachelor's Degree required Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start Proven sales success and strong business acumen Established community presence and network Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts Focus on client experience and advocacy Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred Proactive with initiative and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, presentation skills, and professional credibility Strong organizational skills with disciplined approach Knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
