Job Description This group is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join their team as a Regional Medical Director! This is a full-time salaried position (4-5 days per week, on average) and requires weekly travel to their practice locations throughout the South. Since this is a traveling role, this candidate must live in the Denver, CO area. The Regional Medical Director oversees 20-35 hospitals, collaborating with doctors to drive excellent patient care and deliver a client experience that meets or exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include monitoring doctor interactions and medicine, staff development, and conflict resolution with staff and/or clients. The role involves collaboration with leadership teams to support staff and business operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable to various practice environments, empathetic, and capable of modifying their approach based on each hospitals team and clientele. Traits such as a positive outlook, a desire to help others, resiliency, and adaptability are essential. Prior leadership or mentorship experience is preferred, along with at least 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
