The Role We’re looking for a VP of Revenue to own and drive new customer growth. You’ll lead and align all revenue-generating teams—including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Events, and Partnerships—into one high-performing engine.

This opportunity is for a revenue leader who thrives on both strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with our executive team to shape long-term growth, but you’ll also be in the trenches: coaching reps, dialing into calls, examining the funnel, and building scalable systems.

What You’ll Do • Own the new business sales function from top to bottom, and be accountable for hitting aggressive growth targets.

• Lead and unify Marketing, Events, Partnerships, BD, and Sales into a seamless go-to-market motion.

• Build and refine our revenue strategy while staying grounded in day-to-day execution.

• Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable through a performance-driven, supportive culture.

• Develop and optimize sales systems, pipelines, and team structure to scale efficiently.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align revenue with product, customer success, and operations.

Who You Are • A proven revenue leader with experience managing cross-functional go-to-market teams.

• You’ve sold into or supported sales in private practice healthcare (vet, optometry, dental, or similar).

• You’ve owned a number and hit it—or missed it and learned from it.

• You don’t shy away from the details: you’re just as comfortable on a sales call as you are in a strategy meeting.

• You’ve built or led systems and teams that can scale fast and efficiently.

• You lead with humility, urgency, and a strong sense of ownership.

• You thrive in fast-paced, founder-led, mission-driven companies—and you want to be part of something big.
