Job Summary The Unit Director will be the on-site leader at a Business & Industry Account, representing our company locally and serving as the first point of escalation. The candidate must possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Responsibilities include delivering managed services such as Janitorial, Mailroom, Shipping & Receiving, Reception, Office Administrative Support, and subcontractor management for building maintenance. The role involves coordinating all departmental activities, financial responsibilities including invoice reconciliation and approval, and interfacing with all levels of facility staff regarding the Scope of Work. The budget responsibility is approximately $3M. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of Facilities Management experience in the Business & Industry sector Experience with Soft Services like Janitorial; Hard Services experience highly preferred GMP experience a plus Clean Room Operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills P&L Management Client Relations and Customer Service orientation Team leadership, Staffing, Recruiting, Development Planning, Organization, and System Know-how Apply to ESFM today!
