Join the Lakeshore Chinooks this summer for a unique, hands-on experience in TV production within collegiate summer baseball. This position offers behind-the-scenes access to the operations of a sports organization in the Northwoods League, with a focus on live television production. As the TV Production Director & Supervisor, you will oversee the broadcast production of each of the 36 Chinooks home games, including pre-game shows and live game coverage aired on the Northwoods League Baseball Network and ESPN+ Streaming Service. Set up and operate equipment such as cameras, switchers, and audio/sound systems. Manage team of camera operators Direct and produce live HD game productions. Communicate with ESPN and Streaming Services to manage the webcast for select home games. Coordinate with the broadcaster to produce a live pre-game show for each home game webcast. Set up and take down production equipment and press box materials.
