Treatment Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a high-performing clinical and support team
Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed
Oversee treatment planning, intake, placement, and service delivery for youth in care
Ensure compliance with all state, agency, and licensing standards
Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and foster families
Manage division operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and training for staff
Support program growth, quality assurance, and outcome-driven practices
Treatment Director Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
Active clinical licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
Minimum 3 years of experience in social services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role and 2 years of direct care service delivery
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with trauma-informed care, child welfare, and family systems
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed
