We’re looking for a Treatment Director to join our team and oversee clinical programming, staff development, and the overall quality of care for youth in our therapeutic foster care and community-based services. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and clinical oversight to a dedicated team, support youth and families through trauma-informed care, and ensure our division thrives both clinically and operationally. If you are ready to lead with purpose, submit your resume today for immediate consideration! Treatment Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead, mentor, and supervise a high-performing clinical and support team

Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed

Oversee treatment planning, intake, placement, and service delivery for youth in care

Ensure compliance with all state, agency, and licensing standards

Collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and foster families

Manage division operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting

Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and training for staff

Support program growth, quality assurance, and outcome-driven practices Treatment Director Qualifications include but are not limited to: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field

Active clinical licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC

Minimum 3 years of experience in social services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role and 2 years of direct care service delivery

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Familiarity with trauma-informed care, child welfare, and family systems
