BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to individuals suffering from opioid use disorder and other substance abuse challenges. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a strong background in healthcare management and addiction treatment. This role requires an individual who can oversee all aspects of daily operations while ensuring that our programs adhere to the highest standards of care and compliance. Oversee the administration of medication-assisted treatment and counseling services. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning healthcare and substance abuse treatment. Manage a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment to patients. Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve service quality and operational efficiency. Coordinate with external partners, including medical professionals and community organizations, to facilitate comprehensive care. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and professional development support. Prepare and manage the facility's budget, including funding allocations and financial reporting. Lead efforts in patient retention and satisfaction, ensuring that patient care remains a top priority. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
