This role is responsible for ensuring successful project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating seamless communication between project teams, stakeholders, and executives. Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership – Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Project Oversight – Manage the planning, execution, and closeout of major infrastructure projects. Problem Resolution – Serve as the escalation point for critical project issues and implement effective solutions. Team Management – Establish clear roles and responsibilities for project teams during both planning and operational phases. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and executives. Client Relations – Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster future business opportunities. Strategic Leadership – Drive project success by ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in rail infrastructure or transportation projects . Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in rail systems, transportation infrastructure, and mission-critical projects . Strong leadership and team-building skills to effectively manage diverse project teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities . Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously .
