What Will You Be Doing?
This position is critical to ensuring that our communities and operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Creating, growing, and sustaining resident satisfaction
Demonstrate leadership through employee retention
Understand, apply, and adhere to state regulations
Oversee day-to-day operations
Lead census development
Develop sustained financial success
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one
Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management
Excellent verbal and communication skills
A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents
Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living/Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
Secondary Education is preferred but not required
CPR Certification (preferred)
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
