What Youll Do

Oversee nursing department operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local long-term care regulations. Develop and maintain the facilitys clinical programs and nursing policies. Participate in assessments, care plans, and discharge planning. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) efforts. Support new admissions and build strong relationships with residents and families. Supervise infection control and resident safety practices. Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff and clinical teams. Monitor staffing levels and adjust based on census and acuity. Manage department budgets and allocate resources effectively. Represent Kingston during surveys, lead investigations, and complete reports as needed.

What Were Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio At least 3 -5 years of Director of Nursing (DON) or equivalent supervisory experience Strong knowledge of clinical standards and long-term care compliance Proven leadership in staffing, team development, and resident-centered care CPR Basic or Advanced Life Support certification Willingness to travel between Kingston Healthcare locations across Ohio
