Job responsibilities:

Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions. Provide therapeutic interventions and track patient progress toward measurable goals. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
