Direct the daily operations, strategic planning, and clinical services of the Medical Surgical Department in alignment with system goals and standards. Cultivate a high-performing team culture by fostering collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders including EMS, trauma services, physician leadership, and community agencies. Oversee department budget, compliance, resource utilization, and performance improvement to ensure financial and operational excellence. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree 5 years of clinical experience in the Emergency Services setting required 2 years of management experience required Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center required Experience with Medical Education programs required RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
