Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) with at least 2 years of LTC management experience and a NE or compact RN license.

Responsibilities Serve as Interim Director of Nursing in a post-acute care setting Work at a 50-bed long-term care facility Day shift position with 8-hour shifts May be required to work on the floor if staffing gaps arise Uses PCC charting system Responsible for overseeing nursing operations and managing care delivery Must be willing to provide direct patient care during staffing shortages No BSN required for consideration Role is for a temporary, interim assignment

Requirements Active NE or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of LTC management experience BLS certification required Experience with PCC charting system preferred
