For information about ABM’s benefits, visit | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required; on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience Essential Duties: • Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan. • Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner. • Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor. • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations, quality service, client, and customer satisfaction. • Guiding and directing visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage as well as providing useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities. • Job duties may be modified at any time A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
