Qualifications Job Summary: The Therapy Program Director (PD) oversees clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity in a flexible interdisciplinary environment, including campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. Ensures compliance with state licensure, company policies, professional standards, and ethics. Contributes to program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement. Licenses and Certifications: Must hold and maintain a current, valid state licensure in your discipline. CPR certification preferred. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: Minimum 1 year of delivering skilled rehab services. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement therapy programs aligned with the facility's mission and standards of care. Supervise and mentor therapy staff, providing guidance, support, and evaluations. Monitor and evaluate therapy program effectiveness, ensuring compliance and best practices. Manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and budgets. Organize ongoing training and professional development for staff. Analyze data to improve programs and patient satisfaction. Deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials and licensure. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently. Must lift at least 50 lbs. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
