Qualifications Job Summary : The Therapy Program Director (PD) oversees clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity in a flexible interdisciplinary environment, including campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. Ensures compliance with licensure requirements, policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Contributes to program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement. Licenses and Certifications : Must have and maintain a current, valid state licensure in the respective discipline. CPR certification preferred. Qualifications : Education : Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience : Minimum of 1 year delivering skilled rehab services. Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement therapy programs aligned with the facilitys mission and standards of care. Supervise and mentor therapy staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Monitor therapy program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. Manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget. Organize ongoing training and professional development for staff. Analyze data to improve program effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Meet discipline-specific requirements to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials/license. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements : Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently. Must lift at least 50 lbs.
