Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to attract prospective residents and families. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and prospective residents. Manage digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising. Coordinate tours, events, and presentations to highlight the unique offerings of our community. Collaborate with leadership to develop branding and communication strategies that reflect our mission and values. Provide direct supervision and support to employees within the department. Track and analyze marketing performance, reporting on progress and opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach—healthcare, senior living, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive leadership team.
