$85.00/hr - $95.00/hr Pay is determined by experience; compensation is commensurate with experience. Key details

8+ years of experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, and payroll, required. Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-state payroll operations, required. Strong background in benefits strategy and vendor management, required. Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required. Experience in compensation design and HRIS management, required. This is a remote position based in the EST time zone.
