Technical Solution Consultant Director What does a successful Technical Solutions Consultant Director do?
You'll be leading a technical team that serves as the strategic guides for our key partners, including middleware, software vendors, and third-party service providers. This role balances strategic leadership, operational excellence, and hands on technical expertise to drive revenue growth and partner success.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of high performing Technical Solutions Consultants who collaborate with sales and product teams to create partner success strategies
Assist in building frameworks for partner health, performance and feedback loops
Drive innovation in partner experience
Ensure Technical Solutions Consultants effectively translate partner business requirements into scalable and marketable solutions
Serve as an executive level technical advisor in strategic deals and key customer meetings
Establish career development plans, training programs and performance metrics while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning
What You Will Need To Have
Bachelor's degree with 4–7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
7+ years in a technical systems role, such as Operations Support, Analysis, Sales, Product, or Project Management.
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems
Strong business acumen and data driven decision making skills
Strategic leadership in conjunction with coaching and mentoring team members
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands on technical engagement
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
What Would Be Great To Have
Proven track record of 2-5+ years in supervisory or leadership roles
Experience with process improvement and performance management
Skilled at prioritizing and delegating tasks
B2B Retail or Hospitality System Integration with Hardware, Software, and System Service Agreements.
Executing contracts, licenses, and agreements
Project, product, or service management knowledge
Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process
Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms, retail merchant services, payment transactions, or payment gateways
