Job Summary

This position is based in Spain. Relocation assistance and work sponsorships will be provided. We are seeking a Technical Engineering Director to join our client's office in Spain. In this high-impact role, you'll manage a growing team, help shape the company’s AI strategy, and ensure the deployment of production-grade GenAI solutions across a hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure + Kubernetes). While experience with LLMs is appreciated, we are currently prioritizing broader expertise across deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI. Technical Engineering Director Qualifications Native-level fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)

Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Minimum of 5+ years leading engineering or AI/ML teams (10+ team members)

Solid hands-on experience with MLOps and DevOps in production environments

Proficiency working in cloud infrastructure environments (AWS and Azure)

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes for model deployment and orchestration

Technical leadership in GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
