Technical Director

to lead and oversee all audio, video, and production systems for worship services, special events, and livestreams. This role is responsible for delivering distraction-free, high-quality worship environments and building a reliable volunteer tech team to support our in-person and online services. Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot sound, livestream, and media presentation systems Mix front-of-house and livestream audio when needed Manage Sunday and special event production setup, breakdown, and readiness Oversee visuals, lyric projection, and ProPresenter service elements Lead and train volunteer teams on audio/visual equipment Provide technical support for other ministries and events (weddings, funerals, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Experience running live sound and livestream audio/video Familiarity with ProPresenter, soundboards, video switchers, and streaming platforms Ability to lead and train volunteer teams with clarity and grace Problem-solving under pressure and organized with technical systems A Christ-centered approach to worship and team collaboration Bonus Skills: Video editing, lighting systems, IT background, LED wall experience Time Commitment: Primarily Sundays, special events, and weekly planning meetings
