The Technical Account Director (TAD) position at Adobe offers a unique opportunity to lead customer success and technical strategy, helping our largest clients maximize their investment in Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions.
What You Will Do:
Lead Ultimate Success engagements as the technical executive point of contact throughout the customer's solution lifecycle.
Provide strategic mentorship and support to align customer technical strategies with Adobe solutions to drive value.
Assess and mitigate technical risks and identify opportunities for strategic growth.
Maintain clear communication across operational areas and with executive teams, ensuring governance and alignment.
Drive engagement status reporting and foster customer advocacy within Adobe.
Support customer achievement of business objectives, innovation, and process improvements within the Adobe ecosystem.
Coordinate with technical partners to influence delivery across multiple solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure customer success.
Lead a matrixed team across various projects and develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
Lead architectural discussions to ensure optimized solutions fit within customer environments.
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
10-15 years of senior experience in customer support, success, or related roles in marketing technology.
Strong customer-facing, executive presence, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Proven ability to lead meetings, workshops, and reviews with diverse audiences.
Excellent conflict-resolution skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a matrixed environment.
Experience with Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics, AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce, Marketo, and Target is a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% to client locations.
