Overview Global Private Equity Backed Cosmetics/Beauty/E-Commerce/Consumer Products Firm seeks a Senior Manager/Director, Tax. This fully remote role reports to the Controller, with a dotted line to the CFO. Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of tax for a high-growth company. Manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, tax provisions, and international income tax compliance and strategy. Handle all tax-related inquiries and analysis. Optimize strategic tax planning. Manage relationships with third-party tax vendors and outsourced tax relationships. Monitor future tax legislation and stay on top of new tax regulations. Lead continuous tax process improvements. Manage property tax audits. Ensure international tax compliance. Oversee transfer pricing policies/compliance and monitor legal entities. Plan and execute global tax strategies in compliance with regulations. Participate in special projects as required. Qualifications 7–10 years of tax experience with a mix of public and private sector background; CPA required. Experience in Consumer Products/Goods, Retail, E-Commerce, or Beauty industry. Ideal candidates will have come from high-growth firms. Strong background in Federal, State, and Sales & Use taxes. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: 175k-200k + RSUs.
