Tax Senior Manager/Principal - Growing CPA Firm (Louisville, KY Metro Area) A highly respected and growing CPA firm in the Louisville, Kentucky metro area is looking to add a Tax Senior Manager/Principal to their team. This stable and client-focused firm delivers deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced tax professional to lead client engagements and contribute to the firm's success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Tax Senior Manager/Principal Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships from end to end, serving as the primary point of contact Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic advising and regular communication Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base Oversee tax engagements and ensure quality deliverables Stay informed on current tax regulations and ensure compliance standards are met Contribute to business development and firm visibility within the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license (required) 8-10 years of progressive experience in public accounting Prior experience at Senior Manager or Principal level (minimum) Proven client relationship management skills with ability to manage engagements end to end Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
