Overview Tax Director (with ASC 740 experience) needed for a well established technology company based in Irvine. This role will manage all aspects of the company's tax function, including compliance, Planning and strategy. This is a high-visibility role that interacts with senior leadership and contributes to the company's financial strategy. Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the company\'s tax function, including compliance, planning, and strategy. Oversee preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships (ASC 740). Provide tax planning and advisory support to senior leadership and other departments. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and disclosure in line with applicable tax laws and accounting standards. Lead tax research, issue resolution, and recommendations for process improvements. Maintain and develop tax policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and confidentiality requirements. Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
