You'll join a close-knit, tax-only team with an excellent reputation, strong retention, and no pressure to bring in your own clients - just the opportunity to inherit a book and lead. What Makes This Role Unique Partner-Track Succession: Inherit a retiring partner's book of private clients, trusts, and small businesses. True Work-Life Balance: Overtime outside of tax season is rare. First 80 OT hours can convert to vacation - up to 5 weeks PTO possible.
