Program Highlights: Leadership of neurology with subspecialty depth (stroke, epilepsy, memory, headache, neurohospitalist) Advanced neurosurgery capabilities: DBS, LITT, RNS, cerebrovascular, complex spine Regional PM&R anchored by the CARF-accredited Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center Systemwide tech: RapidAI, Brainlab, IONM, O-arm , genomics partnership with Helix Governance built on a true dyad model with operational and clinical alignment What Success Looks Like: Unified stroke workflows and regional access expansion Recruitment of key subspecialists to meet demand Telestroke and Teleneuro program growth Consistent experience for patients across urban, suburban, and rural settings Qualifications: MD or DO; Board Certified in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R Proven system-level leadership in an academic or integrated health system Strategic, collaborative, relationship-driven Clinical component approximately 40% , adjustable depending on specialty and interest Compensation: Neurology base: $500,000-$600,000 Neurosurgery base: $1,200,000-$1,400,000 Executive and clinical incentives, defined benefit pension, relocation, malpractice with tail, and more Why Rochester?
