The Surgical Services RN Director will lead a multi-suite operating room with pre-admission testing, pre-op, PACU, and sterile processing, supporting thousands of procedures annually across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and more. Administratively, the Surgical Services RN Director drives budgeting, staffing and scheduling, block and room utilization, physician relations, accreditation readiness, supply chain stewardship, and policy development aligned to organizational strategy.
