2 years of OR RN experience Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers required. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of the NDNQI database for nursing sensitive indicators and others as required. Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled required. Computer literacy required. Excellent written and oral communications skills required. Good organizational skills to handle multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm required. Ability to work with many diverse people required. Effective telephone skills required. Written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills required. Demonstrated effectiveness in the realization of performance objectives and previous experience in performance-based evaluations required. Education Requirements
High School/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate’s degree special consideration. License/Certification Requirements
Current licensure as a RN in the state of New Jersey required. Valid Driver’s license required. Special Requirements
Minimum 2 years experiences in a Perioperative support services role with relevant experience and knowledge of OR equipment. Salary Min ($)
