Join us in making a difference! Job Description Pay range: $140,720 - 175,900 / annually; based on experience. The Creative Director will lead the charge in shaping the Chuze visual identity, brand voice, and storytelling across all touchpoints. By understanding our members, our brand, and our vision, this role will create unique and authentic experiences for new and existing consumers to take our brand to new heights. From in-club signage and digital channels to national campaigns, the Director ensures everything we create radiates hospitality, grit, and fun. Duties & Responsibilities Elevate and own the strategic creative vision across all platforms, maintaining the Chuze brand identity and voice with consistency, cleverness, and kindness, and ensuring cultural relevance in all marketing. Lead and mentor an internal creative team, working alongside contributors through writing, conception, and asset review, fostering a culture of continuous growth through feedback and coaching documentation. Collaborate with external agency partners and brand contributors, freelance creatives, and production vendors to ensure on-brand execution at all levels. Partner with cross-functional internal teams to support company-wide business goals and ensure alignment with Chuze standards, brand voice, and messaging across internal and external communications and materials. Oversee the creative direction for in-club retail environments, including branded merchandise, apparel design, product packaging, and seasonal drops. Guide concept development and asset creation for high-performing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention. Support the marketing calendar with a creative strategy that disrupts and delights. Manage all creative workflows and drive creative execution from ideation through production, ensuring final deliverables meet the highest quality standards, budgets, and expected timelines. Analyze design impact through Key Performance Indicators, collaborate with data and strategy partners, and apply insights to improve creative performance. Engage in the growth and development process by staying up to date with industry, cultural, and design trends, implementing feedback, and proactively seeking opportunities for personal growth.
