Key Responsibilities:
Lead and own the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and financial planning objectives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain planning strategy to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Oversee demand forecasting and planning, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure accurate projections.
Direct supply planning and capacity modeling efforts to support manufacturing efficiency and production schedules.
Manage inventory strategies to balance working capital optimization with service level goals across a broad product portfolio.
Utilize analytics and supply chain systems to enhance visibility, forecast accuracy, and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, technology upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor and develop a team of supply chain planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
Support executive leadership in long-term planning and supply chain network design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree .
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership experience in managing S&OP and inventory planning processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems
