About Us
Precision Aerospace, LLC is a Tier 1 aerospace manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience delivering high-precision components from our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Our customers rely on us for speed, quality, responsiveness, and the ability to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain with direct ownership of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) . This role is for a working leader — someone who can craft supply chain strategy at the executive table but also roll up their sleeves in execution and actively train the team in best practices.
Why This Role Matters
The supply chain is the lifeline of our business. Done well, it ensures we have the right materials, at the right time, at the right cost — and that our production schedules align to customer demand.
As Supply Chain Director, you'll own this process. You'll lead SIOP , manage inventory strategy , drive sourcing and purchasing execution , and ensure that procurement, warehouse, and production control are tightly aligned. You'll be both a strategist and a teacher — setting the vision and coaching the team daily on how to deliver it.
We offer:
A strategic leadership role that influences the direction of the business
A hands-on leadership role where you'll execute and mentor side by side with your team
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, and 401(k) with match
A collaborative environment where results and accountability are recognized
