What You'll Do:
Review, redline, and negotiate construction-related contracts including subcontracts, consulting agreements, service agreements, and purchase orders.
Advise internal teams on contract terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Assist with procurement-related claims, disputes, and resolution processes.
Maintain organized documentation and support contract lifecycle management.
Lead or participate in negotiation calls and special projects.
Support contract compliance and maintain templates and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Paralegal certification or strong legal knowledge (construction industry preferred).
Experience with procurement contracts and purchase orders.
Familiarity with construction/design industry practices.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
Experience with AIA software and contract forms is a plus.
