Position Summary: This person leads and oversees the junior and senior high students, and all ministry leaders associated with student ministries, inspiring students to know and experience Jesus personally and in Christian community. They help parents to spiritually nurture their teens. And they help students to reach out to the world with Christ’s love. They contribute to the team spirit of the entire staff through fellowship, encouragement, cooperation, and prayer support. It is home to roughly families and has an average weekly attendance of . There are about students in the youth group and about involved in the early childhood and elementary age children’s ministry. CCF is very much a family-oriented church. Our Senior Pastor, Brian Boone, has been with us for twenty years and he is the fourth pastor in the church’s history. Our Student Ministries have been led by a fantastic pastor who has continually grown the ministry over six years. He is in the process of stepping into a new church as a senior pastor. The program is currently Wednesday nights punctuated by retreats, events, and missions throughout the year. There is also Sunday night event called “dessert and devotion.” About teens participate in our program weekly.
